1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.

• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Here you need to add thjs specific word – the products would be delivered within 3 to 4 days .

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and delivery location.

• The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

• Free shipping may be available for select products or on orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.

5. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• In case of lost shipments or delivery issues, our support team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the matter promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. PushpakRC will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
